Overview of Gura Hydro-Power Plant Project Components
- Location: Nyeri County, Kenya.
- Objective: To improve the efficiency of the cooling system for power generators at the small hydro-power station.
- Scope of Work: The project involves the full lifecycle of the cooling system, including design, fabrication, on-site installation, and final commissioning.
- Contracting Authority: KTDA Power Company Limited (KPTC).
Signitive Engineering was involved in design and supervision of entire 45km of the Transmission line.
After Completion, they were Proposed for Defect Supervision and maintenance of the Line for a period of 5 Years starting 2023 till date.
